Q: Do you follow any icon design guidelines?

A: Yes, of course, and the guidelines we follow to create icons are not only for Windows OS but also for MAC OS.

Icon Purchase

Why do you have to verify every order before sending the download links?

Unlike tangible goods, stock icons are electronic merchandise sold online worldwide and it's very easy to redistribute them illegally. Due to the recent rise in credit card fraud, we have to manually check every order. The verification process ensures that stock icons are delivered to paying customers and not pirates who will re-distribute them on the Web. This drives costs down, increases the value of your purchase and makes our business more reliable. The verification process can take around 2-5 hours. Should you use your company or business email address for purchase, the processing time will be shortened.

Q: How many times can I download an icon set file?

A: In order to prevent excessive downloads, we limit the download per order to 5 times. That means, after 5 hits to the file your download link will expire.

Should you wish to refresh the download link, please send your request and the transaction ID of that order to sales [-at-] iconeden [-dot-] com.

Q: Can I purchase individual icons?

A: Nope, unfortunately. We decided to offer our icons in collections. By doing this we can offer our icons at affordable prices.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club) & PayPal.
All the payment will be processed via 2Checkout.com, our authorized retailer.

Q: Do you store my credit card information?

A: No, since every single transaction is processed via our authorized retailer on 2checkout.com, any sensitive account information is totally secured by 2checkout.com.

Icon Usage

Q: Can I use the commercial icons for my website?

A: Yes, you can absolutely use the commercial icons for your website projects. However, the license doesn′t allow using them for website templates or open source web scripts.

Q: Can I modify the icons?

A: Yes, you may edit an individual icon′s colors, lines, shapes, etc. ,combine the icons or add your own design elements. You may NOT resell these derivative works, nor do you own rights to them. They remain the property of IconEden.com and no ownership in them is transferred to the customer.

Q: Can I use the icons in multiple projects

A: Yes. Once you′ve purchased the license to use a stock set it can be used multiple times in any number of the original projects. You can use the icons for clients′ projects without having to purchase any additional licenses.

Custom Icon Design

Q: How much do you charge for a custom design?

A: It’s hard to tell how much it is at once. Every project has its own feature and so the price will be different. That is, our custom design service is charged separately.
